Easier to remember, but with fewer vitamins.,
The main strength of these gummies is that their candy-like taste ensures you won’t forget to take them. Their weakness is that they don’t contain as many vitamins as a standard multivitamin pill. For example, my giant equate brand multivitamin has 33 entries on its “Supplement Facts” while the VitaCraves has only thirteen. However, since I would always forget to take the pill multivitamin, the gummies are certainly doing more good.
Here is a list of the VitaCraves Supplement Facts: Vitamin A 4000 IU 80%, Vitamin C 60mg 100%, Vitamin D 400 IU 100%, Vitamin E 40 IU 133%, Vitamin B6 2mg 100%, Folic Acid 400mcg 100%, Vitamin B12 10mcg 167%, Biotin 150mcg 50%, Pantothenic Acid 10mg 100%, Iodine 80mcg 53%, Zinc 5mg 33%, Choline 60mcg, Inositol 40mcg.

The vitamins you won’t forget to take.,
When I used to take vitamins in a form of a pill, I would regularly forget to take them. However, VitaCraves taste just like gummy candy, which not only makes me not to forget, but also makes me look forward to taking on a daily basis. Finally some companies have figured out that many of today’s adults have grew up on Flinstones Vitamins and that they would gladly continue taking them as they grow up and this one certainly does the job.

Taking it daily,
As an adult who has frequently tried to take a daily multi-vitamin but failed time and again to integrate it into my daily routine, these gummy vitamins have been easy to take. The other product I would compare this too — for game-changing ease-of-use — is FiberChoice tablets. I take my vitamins and my fiber daily now.
The product has a few draw backs, in my opinion:
-Not sugar-free. I’d like to see and try a sugar-free version one day.
-Weird smell. Don’t stick your nose in the bottle when you open it. Just open the lid and deposit two gummies into your hand. You’ll thank me.
-More ‘rubbery’ than ‘gummy.’ These things take a bit of effort to chew, but the taste is pretty good.
