I’ve gained 20 pounds since June of this year, so I finally cracked down and decided it was time to get back into shape. I had a hard time controlling my appetite and finding the energy to run again.

This product has really helped me with that. I was a little aprehensive about trying it because other weight loss products made me jittery and nauseated. I take the full recommended dosage of Lipo 6 Black Hers and do not experience any jitters or nausea at all. Instead, I feel energetic, alert, and I’ve noticed that both my mood and concentration have improved in the 2 weeks that I’ve been taking the supplement.

So far I’ve lost 5 pounds but it feels like more than that. I’m still working out a diet and exercise routine, which is the most important factor in weight loss. It really helps with water weight…I’m not bloated at all. It also helps keep me regular. I even lost 2/10 of a pound on a “mess-up” day…Dining out with no exercise.

This isn’t a miracle product by no means…you have discipline yourself and make a serious attempt to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Follow the directions on the label carefully and this product will help you lose the weight.

Well, I have had Lipo-6 Black Hers for about a week now, so I’ll put up my initial thoughts, and update you in a few more weeks with final results.

If you are looking for a miracle pill that will suck fat off you while you watch TV, this isn’t it. In fact, that doesn’t exist, no matter what advertisers claim. However, if you’re looking for something to give you a little help making your efforts yield results, this is a good choice.

First of all, let’s think about what is really in this stuff. There are a few different types of weight loss aids out there right now. They all do one of three things:
(1) Block fat absorption. If you have a hard time keeping on a low-fat diet, this is what you want. The best known is Alli Weight-Loss Aid, Orlistat 60mg Capsules, 120-Count Refill Pack. The side effects are pretty obvious – if the fat isn’t absorbed, it is excreted. Think about it and you’ll figure out where it must go.
(2) Give you an energy boost. Stimulant ingredients like caffeine, guarana, etc. give you a “charged” feeling so that you can get through your whole day and still have enough left in you to do that workout. Side effects include a jittery feeling, racing heart, or insomnia problems.
(3) Give you a metabolism boost. Usually this means thermogenic products, which make your body waste more energy as heat. You’ll actually feel it making you “hot”, and you might sweat extra.

Lipo-6 Black contains stimulants and thermogenics. I have also used Alli, the fat blocker, but I only use it when I eat a higher fat meal, since most of the time I eat pretty low-fat foods. I chose Lipo-6 Black based on reviews; it had the best combination of low price and high reviews out of all the stimulant/thermo herbal aids out there. I had also used Xenadrine before and didn’t have very good results; just a jittery feeling and no other real effects.

Based on other reviews, I decided to work my way up to the full dose slowly, and I am glad I did, because the first couple days I had mild stomach cramps. My body got used to it pretty quick though and I am already taking three at a time as recommended. I can feel the thermogenic effects – I use a clinical strength antiperspirant in the summer anyway, so excess sweating hasn’t bothered me, but I do feel “warm” even when sitting in a 75 degree room for a few hours after taking the pills. I’m not sure I really feel much of a stimulant effect, and I’m certainly sleeping fine, but I do get through a whole day and a workout fine.

While using this I am also swimming laps for exercise 30-40 minutes 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, & Fri). On the off days I do something less intense, like a short walk or a “10 minute solutions” workout, or sometimes just rest. FYI, at least one day a week you should just rest so you don’t burn out. I am also dieting in a pretty basic way – choosing healthier foods and keeping an eye on portions. I eat lots of veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins, and try to minimize red meat to once or twice a week. Getting enough fiber is also super important for your diet.

I am losing at about a half pound a day. 170 to 163.5, hurray!!! If I can keep this up, then in 10-12 weeks I will be at my goal. I don’t know if I will keep buying the Lipo 6 for that whole time (at the 3pills 2x a day, the bottle only lasts about 3 weeks, so I’d need 3 bottles to do it and my budget is pretty tight). But I do think it is a nice boost to help get me going, and by the time I am done with this bottle, I should be in a pretty good rhythm. I will update this review in a few weeks and share my new status!

I ordered this product a few months ago because I wanted to tone up and lose fat. I weight 115 lb and I am 5’4, so I did not use this product to lose weight. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try because I needed something extra to help me during my workouts. I started off slowly (like the reviews said) with one pill in the morning after breakfast and one pill after lunch time. It gave me a ton of energy so I was excited and the next day I took two in the AM and two at lunch. Then three and three. Then I started to get headaches and really REALLY angry. Like I wanted to hurt someone angry if the littlest thing went wrong. But I wanted to really give it a try so I took a lesser dose. Each day I took less until now I just take two an hour before I work out. I work out 4-5 times a week for about an hour doing intense cardio and weight training twice a week. These pills make you HOTTTT! Like I sweat during my workouts like I have never sweat before in my life. It feels great and it helps get you through the work outs. But be careful not to take this on an empty stomach then work out. I did that once and I thought I was going to pass out from heat stroke. I had to stop and sit for awhile because my heart was pounding and I had a cold sweat. It was terrible. But I love the results! I have abs and defined legs and arms. I haven’t lost any weight but lost roughly 10 inches over all. I have lost fat and that is exactly what this product is for. But be careful of the headaches and remember to drink plenty of water. This product is great and works very well but you must be prepared for results, both good and bad.
